Our cars are based in Prospect Park, which puts Delaware County outside our own front door and the Main Line a straight run up the Blue Route. This is not a territory we expanded into. It is the one we start every morning in, and it shows in the small things — knowing which estate drives a Sprinter can actually turn around in, which State Street loading zones are free on a Saturday, and how much earlier a Villanova pickup has to leave than a Swarthmore one to catch the same flight.

The Roads We Actually Take
To PHL
I-476 — the Blue Route — is the spine of this whole territory. It runs from the Main Line exits at Villanova and Bryn Mawr straight down through Delaware County and hands off to I-95 within sight of the terminals. One highway, no city traffic. It is the reason a Bryn Mawr pickup and a Media pickup are closer in travel time than the map suggests, and why we quote both against the same flight without flinching.
To 30th Street Station
For Amtrak we usually take Lancaster Avenue or I-76 rather than the Schuylkill at rush hour. If you're travelling from the Main Line, the honest advice is sometimes that the Paoli/Thorndale line beats us there — we'll tell you when that's true and run you to the local station instead.
Between counties on a wedding day
Ceremonies in Delaware County with receptions on the Main Line — or the reverse — are common here, and the gap between them is where schedules break. We drive the actual route beforehand rather than trusting an app's estimate on a Saturday afternoon.

Estate drives and porte-cochères
Main Line estates and country clubs were laid out for carriages, not 12-passenger vans. Most take the Sprinter without trouble, but a few have mature tree canopy over the drive and a turnaround that only works in one direction. Where that's the case we send the Escalade or the XTS instead, and we know which is which before the day.
State Street in Media
The trolley runs down the middle of State Street. That single fact changes where a car can legally stop, how long it can sit, and which side of the street a bride can step out on. We stage off the trolley line, not on it.
Lancaster Avenue through Bryn Mawr and Ardmore
On-street parking both sides, active rail crossings, and no shoulder to speak of. A sedan slots into a gap that a Sprinter has to circle the block for — worth knowing when a pickup is scheduled to the minute.
College campuses
Swarthmore, Villanova, Haverford and Bryn Mawr all restrict vehicle access on interior campus roads, and the rules tighten during commencement and move-in weekends. We arrange the pickup point in advance rather than discovering a closed gate with your luggage in the trunk.
Trade show runs to Oaks
The Expo Center is built for freight — wide loading doors, thousands of parking spaces, and staging room for full-size vehicles. This is the one place in the territory where the Sprinter is unambiguously the right answer: a team, their booth materials, and their luggage in one vehicle.

Do you cover the whole Main Line, or only Delaware County?
Both. Our cars are based in Prospect Park in Delaware County, and the Blue Route puts Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Radnor, Wayne and Ardmore within a straight run of the garage. We work across the county line constantly — it is one territory to us, not two.
Our ceremony is in Delaware County and the reception is on the Main Line. Can you handle both?
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we get here. We plan the transfer as its own leg of the day, drive the route in advance rather than trusting a live traffic estimate, and build in buffer so the wedding party is never the reason the reception starts late.
How early should a Main Line pickup leave for PHL?
It depends on your terminal, your airline's cutoff, and the time of day — I-476 behaves very differently at 6am than at 4pm. Tell us the flight when you book and we'll set the pickup time against it rather than against a generic rule. If we think you are cutting it close, we will say so.
Do you run transportation for events at the Expo Center at Oaks?
Yes. Trade shows and expos at Oaks are a regular corporate run for us, whether that is a team arriving from PHL with booth materials or shuttle legs between the venue and hotels in King of Prussia and Valley Forge. The Sprinter is usually the right vehicle for it.
Can you provide transportation for a college weekend — commencement, move-in, family visits?
Yes. Swarthmore, Villanova, Haverford and Bryn Mawr are all inside our home territory. Campus vehicle access is restricted on the busiest weekends, so we agree the pickup point with you in advance instead of improvising at a closed gate.
